Intellectual Property Licensing: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom commercial agreement, creative media outputs, source code, design systems, and video productions developed by HelixoraSystems are transferred to the client upon final settlement of all milestone invoices via Stripe or standard wire transfers.

5. Refund & Service Cancellation Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of creative direction and media production services:

• Retainer deposits for initiated creative sprints are non-refundable once work has officially commenced.
• If a project is canceled prior to production kickoff, 100% of the initial deposit will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
• Invoice disputes or payment adjustments must be filed within 7 business days of delivery.
